A Woman of Letters
A native of Franklin County who has taught and served as a librarian in the counties of Franklin, Roanoke, and Henrico, Kitty Boitnott began her term as president of the VEA on August 1. In an interview with the VEA News,
she discussed her views on membership growth, the upcoming presidential election, and all those abbreviations that come after her name.
